If the covertly surveilled act does not constitute a crime in itself, the execution may be performed under A.70. If the covertly surveilled act – especially the possession, transfer, handing over of a surveilled object serving as means of physical evidence constitutes a crime – in itself, the execution may be performed under A.73.
