EIO for the execution of a provisional measure shall be received by the prosecution service. EIO issued for the purpose above, may only be executed by the court, if it is explicitly requested by the issuing authority.
The executing authority shall decide on the execution of the EIO without delay. The issuing authority shall be informed on the decision within 24 hours from the receipt of the EIO.
It may be issued for the purpose of seizure securing a means of evidence, or of the execution of an order to preserve electronic data.
