This measure is possible within the framework of law enforcement cooperation only. It allows foreign law enforcement authorities to continue pursuing a perpetrator (of a crime as indicated in A.70) or a person escaped from detention, who crossed the Hungarian state border. The foreign authority has to immediately inform the Hungarian authorities after crossing the border and terminate the pursuit immediately after being required by Hungarian authorities to do so.
