Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

If specialised expertise is required to establish or assess a fact to be proven in the criminal proceedings, an expert opinion shall be obtained from an expert or ad hoc expert in accordance with the Act on judicial experts. Law may specify professional/technical matters regarding which only a specific expert shall be entitled to give an opinion. When giving opinion the expert shall be advised of the legal consequences of giving a false expert opinion (Point a) of Section 272 (1) of Criminal Code).

In case of EIO: The decision on recognition shall be taken within 30 days. The measure shall be carried out within 90 days following the taking of the decision on the recognition. For states not applying EIO: no deadlines.
