Finland will execute only the supervision measures mentioned in article 8.1 of FD 2009/829/JHA.

Council Framework Decision 2009/829/JHA of 23 October 2009 on the application, between Member States of the European Union, of the principle of mutual recognition to decisions on supervision measures as an alternative to provisional detention

Competent Authority

* receive the request/decision for judicial cooperation

The Prosecution Districts of Southern Finland, Western Finland, Eastern Finland, and Northern Finland. The competent prosecution district is determined by the residence of the person. If the residence of the person is not known, the decision can be sent to the Prosecution District of Southern Finland.

Finnish, Swedish or English If no good translation into Finnish is possible, it is preferable to translate into English.
