Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Transit permit of surrendered persons or transferred prisoners through Finland. The request should have: - personal details of the person (including nationality), - the crime committed, - the instrument on which the request is based, - details of the flights and - contact details of the escort personnel. Different rules apply if the person is Finnish citizen.

Special requirements

If it considers deportation according to Directive 2003/110/EC on assistance in cases of transit for the purposes of removal by air, then competent authority is Boarder Guard.
