Special requirements

The leader of the team in the Finnish territory is the investigator-in-charge. A seconded member of the team may be present in accordance with Finnish law when witnesses are heard or other measures carried out. Subject to the consent of the team leader, a seconded member may, e.g. participate in a search of premises and be entrusted to conduct a questioning of a suspect in accordance with Finnish law, and under the direction and supervision of the team leader.
