Legal Framework

International legal framework applicable for this measure in your Member State

The FD 2009/829 has been implemented in Dutch national legislation, which is in force since 1 November 2013. The certificate regards the phase of a criminal proceedings in which preliminary detention has been ordered by a judge. This detention has been suspended under certain conditions. In the certificate the issuing member state asks the requested member state to take over supervision on the conditions to the suspension of the detention.
