Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

In the Netherlands is no law governing confrontation. Confrontation includes: single confrontation, selection confrontation (line-up / so called "Oslo method"), video-confrontation, multiple photo confrontation, voice recognition, using tracker dogs. Execution of this measure is similar to the regulations concerning hearing of witnesses.

The competent authorities to receive the request are the regional International Legal Assistance Centres (the IRCs) and the National Legal Assistance Centre (LIRC). To execute the investigation officer is competent; a public prosecutor. In case of more serious crime it is strongly recommended to consult the public prosecutor.
