Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

A judicial decision on confiscation is executed by the Swedish Enforcement Authority. A request for execution of a decision on confiscation should be sent directly to the Swedishc Enforcement Authority. The prosecutor who was in charge of the freezing order is also competent to receive the confiscation decision, which then will be forwarded to the Enforcement Authority. Non-conviction based confiscation is not regulated in Sweden.
