For DNA, se A.40, Body Search Photos and fingerprints of a person can be taken if it is of importance to the investigation. It must concern an offence for which the penalty may be inprisonment. It can be taken om suspects and other persons In context of international cooperation these measures can only be carried out if it can be done without force
