SUPERFICIAL BODY SEARCH E.g. examination of clothes and other things a person has on himself,and of bags, of packages and other objects. INVASIVE BODY SEARCH The examination exterior or interior of the human body and also taking of samples from the human body for examination. Bodysearch, invasive or superficial, is allowed in relation to criminal offences for which the penalty may be imprisonment. Bodysearch, invasive or superficial, on others than suspects is allowed only if it is of particular importance. A prosecutor or a police officer leading an investigation is competent to authorise these measures.
