Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

In order to obtain this measure an EIO/MLA is compulsory. Since this measure is not regulated in Swedish law, contact with the competent authority in order to obtain legal advice before issuing an MLA is adviseable.

Swedish, Danish or Norwegian, but the general inofficial view of most practitioners is that English is accepted. Complicated text or documents needed to be viewed by the court should preferably be translated to Swedish.
