Measure Implementation

Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

A request of service of procedural documents can be done via MLA request to the competent Swedish prosecutor. Service of procedural and judicial documents can be done directly to anyone in the territory of Sweden without MLA procedure. However, documents which needs to be signed, as summons, must be sent by MLA as stated above. The prosecutor in charge will then forward it to the County Board of Stockholm for execution.
