Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

A request for the transfer of proceedings shall include information on the suspect, the alleged crime, relevant legal provisions, information on when the crime will be barred by time and any other relevant information. The request shall be accompanied by the preliminary investigation and other documents of relevance.
