Judicial cooperation measure

Although the measure is not regulated in Swedish law, the definition of controlled delivery in Article 1 (g) of the UN Convention Against Illicit Traffic in Drugs and Psychotropic Substances of 1988 is applied.

Swedish, Danish or Norwegian, but the general inofficial view of most practitioners is that English is accepted. Complicated text or documents needed to be viewed by the court should preferably be translated to Swedish.
