Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

In relation to certain categories of subjects - among others, subjects suspected of committing mafia-type crimes, subjects resulting from living with the proceeds of criminal activities or resulting in the commission of crimes, to those subjects who, operating in groups or in isolation, commit preparatory acts, objectively relevant, aimed at subverting the state order - the Court orders the confiscation of the seized assets of which the person against whom the procedure is initiated cannot justify the legitimate origin and of which, even through a third party, physical or legal, is the owner or has the availability for any reason in a value disproportionate to his income, declared for the purposes of income taxes, or to his economic activity, as well as of the goods that appear to be the result of illegal activities or constitute their reuse.
