Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

At this regard, the only available legal basis is Article 21 of the European Convention on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters, which allows to receive paper-files transmitted by foreign Judicial Authorities and to start – within the framework of the domestic jurisdiction – autonomous criminal proceedings.
