Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Generally talking, if the person subjected to the examination by the expert, duly summoned, omits, without a legitimate impediment, to appear in the place, day and time established, the Judge can order the compulsory accompaniment and can also sentence him, by order, to the payment of a sum of money. No legal restrictions apply to perform a psychiatric medical examination for victim/witness as, generally talking, the expertise is allowed every time it is necessary to carry out investigations or acquire data or evaluations that require specific technical, scientific or artistic skills.
