Section 78 of the Criminal Justice Mutual Assistance Act 2008 provides for requests seeking to obtain Identification evidence (such as fingerprint / photograph/ DNA) Under Section 63 of the Criminal Justice Mutual Assistance Act 2008 a Judge of the District Court may be nominated to take evidence which will identify a person.
