Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Section 80-82 of the Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) Act 2008 provides for service of a summons on a person to appear in court. A document issued by a court exercising criminal jurisdiction in a country outside Ireland requiring a person to appear in that country may be served in Ireland in accordance with Section 82 of the Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) Act 2008.
