Communication of individual police records/criminal records Criminal Records should be obtained via ECRIS. Records in relation to criminal convictions can be obtained and provided for intelligence purposes on a police to police basis via the Interpol Channel. If it is necessary to take evidence in relation to the provision of such records, it would be necessary to seek same via the Mutual Assistance channel.
