Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Section 67 and 68 of the Criminal Justice (Mutual Assistance) Act 2008 allows for the questioning of witnesses by video link. If the Minister is satisfied that it is not desirable or practicable for them to give evidence in person. 8-12 weeks minimum notice is required as the allocation of court time is not within the remit of the Central authority.
