Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

A request to hear the person must come in a form of an MLA describing the assistance needed. The request is brought before a Court Judge that is authorised to conduct the hearing with the cooperation of the requesting country. The person to be heard is summoned to appear before the Judge on the specified date.
