Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

A search can be contacted by enforcing the decision of the foreign country, or by applying the police procedure rules. A Court Order is required, or with the consent of the person. In urgent cases the police and criminal procedure rules apply (especially in cases of violance). A search can be contacted on all days including Sundays and Public holidays, from 5am to 8pm (or otherwise authorised by the Judge)
