Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

A service of summons or any other legal document , or a decision of a foreign country , once received is forwarded to the Chief of Police or other authorised body. The document requested to be served must include reference that the person has a right to seek advise in the possibility of non- compliance as well as his rights and privileges under the law of the foreign country .
