Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

A request is needed, specifying and indicating the necessity of conducting covert investigation. Covert investigation with the presence of foreign officials must be authorised by the Attorney General For contacting covert investigations in general, the permission of the Chief of Police is needed.
