Transit through the Territory of the Czech Republic: Time limits depend on the legal basis. FD 2002/584/JHA: without undue delay. FD 2008/909/JHA: The Ministry will decide on a request of another Member State for authorization of transit through the territory of the Czech Republic within 7 days following the day such request was served to it in the Czech language or in another language, which it accepts. EU Convention 2000 and CoE MLA Convention 1959: without undue delay.

FD 2002/584/JHA-EAW: In case a request for authorization of transit through the Czech Republic was served by fax, electronically, via international police cooperation or in another manner enabling a written record, subsequent service in documentary form will not be required.
