Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Whenever a person is arrested the police officer making the arrest or to whom the person arrested is handed over may search such person, using such force as may be reasonably necessary. Any police officer may, without a warrant detain and search any person whom he reasonably suspects of carrying, conveying or concealing any article or document in respect of which any offence is about to be committed.
