Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

The Ministry shall decide on a request for the transit through the territory of the Republic of Slovenia of a requested person who is being surrendered by a Member State to another Member State. The request for transit must contain the following data: a) first name, last name, date and place of birth, place of residence, and nationality of the requested person, b) copy of a warrant, c) legal definition of the criminal offence, č) description of the criminal offence, including time and place of it being committed. The Ministry shall notify the authority requesting the transit of their decision, as well as the police, who shall escort the person through the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. If a foreign country requests the extradition from another foreign country and the person to be extradited is to be transported through the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, the minister responsible for justice may grant transit on the request of the country concerned, provided that the person concerned is not a citizen of the Republic of Slovenia and that the extradition does not take place for a political or military offence.

In the case of a decision on a request for the transport of a requested person, who is handed over by a Member State to another Member State across the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, on the basis of a European Arrest Warrant, the Ministry of Justice advise for the request to e received at least 4 days before the transit. The Ministry of Justice condicers the requests urgent. In the event of a decision on a request for the transport of a person who is handed over by a Member State to another Member State across the territory of the Republic of Slovenia due to the execution of a criminal sanction, the Ministry makes a decision no later than seven days after receiving the request. In both cases Ministry notifies the authority requesting the transport of its decision and asks the police to provide an escort of a person across the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.
