Competent Authority

* receive the request/decision for judicial cooperation

The request of a foreign country that the Republic of Slovenia should assume prosecution of a citizen of the Republic of Slovenia, or a person with permanent residence in the Republic of Slovenia, for a criminal offence committed abroad shall be transmitted, together with the files, to the competent public prosecutor in whose territory that person has permanent residence.
