Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

A controlled delivery is an agreed secret observation of the transport or transfer of persons or objects or goods, the circulation of which is restricted or prohibited, from, to or through the territory of the Republic of Slovenia, whereby the competent authorities temporarily postpone the arrest and the implementation of other measures from the law due to the disclosure of extensive criminal activity.

Competent Authority

* receive the request/decision for judicial cooperation

District State prosecutor where the border crossing will happen or Special Prosecutors Office. In cases if measure includes other special investigative means and methods with the use of technical devices of transmitting and recording of sound, video recording or photography, the measure should be authorized by court. The police executes the controlled delivery.
