Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

The competent authority of Latvia may allow, upon request of a foreign country, the transit of a person related to criminal-legal co-operation through the territory of Latvia. A transit request may be rejected, if the transit of a citizen or non-citizen of Latvia - a subject of the law On the State of Former Citizens of the U.S.S.R. who do not have Latvian Citizenship or the Citizenship of Another Country (hereinafter - the Latvian citizen) is requested.
