If there are sufficient grounds to believe that objects or documents that are significant for criminal proceedings are located in the clothing of a person, in the property in his or her presence, on his or her body, or in the open cavities of his or her body, a search of such person may be conducted.

Deciding of a Request of a Foreign State (1) A request of a foreign state regarding the provision of assistance in the performance of a procedural action shall be decided immediately, but not later than within 10 days after receipt thereof. If additional information is necessary for deciding of a request, such information shall be requested from the state that submitted the request.

Special requirements

If investigatory examination requires to denude a person for examination examined, but the person performing the investigatory operation is a person of opposite gender, the execution of this operation is assigned by the person performing the investigatory operation to a medical specialist. The person performing investigatory operation writes the protocol in the presence of the medical specialist who performed the investigatory examination.
