The criminal police bodies will intervene if the safety margins have been appreciably reduced or if any circumstance arises which makes it difficult to arrest the perpetrators or seize substances or property in the future. If this intervention has not been previously communicated to the entity that granted the authorisation, it will be communicated within the following twenty-four hours, by means of a written report.
By agreement with the country of destination, when there are prohibited or dangerous substances in transit, they may be partially substituted by harmless ones, and the respective report shall be drawn up.
International contacts are made through the Judicial Police, by the National INTERPOL Office.
