The The Central Department for International Cooperation of the Judiciary Police is competent to receive the notification (Annex C), that must be forwarded to the Department of Investigation and Prosecution of Lisbon with urgency (maximum 48 hours) and then sent to the examining judge to evaluate the admissibility of that evidence in a similar national criminal investigation.
