Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

For the purposes of mutual judicial assistance, under the internal law on judicial cooperation, either upon authorization of the Minister for Justice or pursuant to the provisions of any agreement, treaty or convention to which Portugal is a Party, direct communication of information relating to criminal matters may be established between Portuguese and foreign authorities that assist judicial authorities is admissible.
