Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

The measure was incorporated into national law in Chapter 66j (for outgoing EPOs) and Chapter 66k (for incoming EPOs) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Execution of an EPO is possible if a request is issued on the basis of a ruling imposing on a person against whom criminal proceedings are or were conducted an obligation to refrain from staying in certain environments or places, contact or approach specific persons.

Directive 2011/99/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 December 2011 on the European Protection Order. The Directive 2011/99/EU was incorporated into Polish legislation by the Law on protection and assistance to the victim and the witness of 28 November 2014 (OJ 2015.21).

Circuit Prosecutor’s Office (Prokuratura Okręgowa) with jurisdiction over the place of residence of the protected person.
