Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

The competent authority for authorising transits under the EAW procedure is the Commissioner of Police; the requesting Member State must provide a copy of the EAW and a copy of the passport or other travel document. Transit may be refused if the person being surrendered is a Maltese national or permanently residing in Malta and the surrender relates to the execution of a sentence involving imprisonment or detention. The information must be transmitted to the Commissioner of Police by any means capable of producing a written record. If the transport is to take place by air, the above-mentioned information is only required in the event of unscheduled landings.
