Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

The request must be accompanied by the original freezing certificate issued in the issuing state together with a translation into English or Maltese. The request must indicate precisely what bank accounts are required to be frozen.

REGULATION (EU) 2018/1805 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 14 November 2018 on the mutual recognition of freezing orders and confiscation orders

Asset Recovery Bureau is the competent issuing/executing authority. The Office of the Attorney General is still competent to receive or transmit such requests but does not execute them.
