Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Any request transmitted to another state for the provision of this information has to be made via the Office of the Attorney General as the central authority. The information may be requested in the context of ongoing investigations such as when police require information with regards to offences investigated or prosecuted in another state, but may also be requested during proceedings before the Court of Magistrates as a Court of Criminal Inquiry, before which evidence is being compiled prior to trial. Any requests from other states must be sent to the Office of the Attorney General.
