Execution deadline

Deadlines for the execution of the request/decision (where applicable)

The Central Register of Convicted Persons must respond within 10 working days to requests from a Member State of European Union. When an individual requests information about their criminal record, the deadline is extended to 20 working days. There is no time limit provided in the European Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters of 20 April 1959.
