Articles 6 and 18 of the Convention of 29 April 1969 relating to administrative and judicial cooperation in the field of regulations that relate to the realisation of the objectives of the Benelux Economic Union; Article 10 of the Convention of 8 November 1990 on the laundering, search, seizure and confiscation of the proceeds from crime; Article 46 of the Convention implementing the Schengen Agreement of 14 June 1985; Article 7 of the 2000 Convention on Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters between the Member States of the European Union.
