Formal notification of compliance with the Framework Decision was referred to the European Commission by the November 2010 deadline. Commission published a report at the end of January 2014 and is to raise outstanding issues on a bi-lateral basis with the Member States. (Click to see the report)

Implemented on 12/2009 and additional notification about implementation on 19.03.2010. It is implemented with Articles: 2-4, 12, 20, 48, 70.2 , 70.8, 71. – 72, 74 , 741 , 77, 78, 1491  and 150 of Criminal Law Article: 6 and 7 of Criminal Procedure Law.
