The EJN Fiches Belges for Bosnia & Herzegovina and Kosovo* have been launched on the EJN website and can be consulted here. Aiming to support the judicial practitioners in preparation of their MLA requests to Bosnia & Herzegovina and Kosovo*, the newly launched EJN Fiches Belges provide information on the legal systems and on the criminal procedures in these countries. The tool outlines the applicability of all investigative measures that could be requested by a MLA as well as any additional national procedural requirements for executing these requests.
Integrating the information of the legal systems of the Western Balkans on the website is one of the focus initiatives for the EJN in the region. The initiative is supported by one of the key EJN partners in the region – WBCJ project.
