Notification by Croatia of the implementation of the Framework Decision on European Evidence Warrant

Act on Judicial Cooperation in Criminal Matters with Member States of the European Union of 14 July 2010 (came into force on Croatia’s accession to EU on 1 July 2013, Official Gazzette No.91/10, 81/13, 124/13)

With the Directive 2014/41/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council  of 3 April 2014 regarding the European Investigation Order in criminal matters FD is cancelled. The deadline for transposition of this Directive is 22/05/2017.

Projet de loi en cours d'élaboration. La décision-cadre a été abrogée par la directive « décision d’enquête européenne » adoptée le 14 mars 2014. Implemented acording to MNE database.

Not implemented in view of fact that European Investigation Order was supposed to replace same

Repealed by Regulation (EU) 2016/95 of 20 January 2016 repealing certain acts in the field of police cooperation and judicial cooperation in criminal matters.

This Framework Decision has been repealed. Implementation is no more necessary.

This Framework Decision is replaced by Directive No. 2014/41/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 3 April 2014 regarding the European Investigation Order in criminal matters. This Directive will be implemented in accordance with the transposition date ( 22/05/17 at the latest).
