Fiches Belges - investigative measures

The Fiches Belges give legal and practical information about the investigative measures that can be performed by one Member State upon request of another, e.g. hearing of a witness/suspect, freezing of assets etc. Though most measures can be performed in all Member States, there are exceptions. To help practitioners determine the situation in a Member State concerning a specific measure, the Fiches Belges contains detailed information on each of the measures.
