* receive the request/decision for judicial cooperation

The public prosecutor’s office located at the place (1) where (part of) the punishable act has been committed, (2) of the occurence of the results or (3) of the domicile or residence of the suspect.

Accepted languages for the request/decision

Requests for proceedings and supporting documents which are not drawn up in either German, French or English, must be accompanied by a translation into one of these languages.
