From 18 to 20 September the Head of the EJN Secretariat, Hugh Dockry, together with the National Member for Slovenia at Eurojust, Mr Boštjan Škrlec, attended EJN’s Regional Meeting in Gozd Martuljek (SI).
A variety of topics were discussed: digitalisation within judicial cooperation, E-evidence and data retention, obtaining evidence on the basis of an EIO, integrity in international judicial cooperation... The participants also received updates on the EJN website as well as presentations from the Slovenian, Croatian, German and Austrian delegates.
The networking opportunities were exemplary, as the meeting itself was, given the level of knowledge-sharing.
