The European Judicial Training Network (EJTN) launches its very own pilot webinar programme. Two pilot webinars, to be held in April of this year, are now open for registration. One of these two seminars is on a topic of high interest in the criminal law area: The European Investigation Order: perspectives and challenges for practitioners.

This webinar will take place on Wednesday, 19 April from 11:00 to 12:30 CET. It will provide participants with a better understanding of the current landscape of EU cross-border gathering of evidence and the perspectives an  challenges offered by the Directive on the European Investigation Order.

Target audience: Judges and prosecutors, preferably those involved in judicial cooperation in criminal matters or cross-border investigations and prosecutions. Representatives of law enforcement are also welcome to join.
